    When you think about it, the RokPak (especially in Orange) could be used as an (unofficial) emergency flotation device! Hit a submerged rock, etc? Not its design, but it will help keep your nose above water.
    And then, when you make it to the bouy/island/whatever, you have your intact AND CHARGED cel!
