Product Warranty, Returns and Exchanges
Product Warranty Terms
All new RokPak products carry a one-year Limited Warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
By purchasing a RokPak product you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review RokPak’s warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
Limited to Original Consumer
The warranty on RokPak’s products is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty will not cover product failure due to user abuse of the product (any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment). It does not cover incidental damages.
Warranty is not valid after you open any product that is not intended to be opened – please do not fix anything yourself.

All return items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging, and be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) from RokPak. (See “How to return an item” below.)
This only applies to products purchased directly from RokPak.com. For all other purchases, please contact the retailer/distributor you purchased from directly and follow their return policy.
Exchanges and Refunds
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase for warranty issues. RokPak does not have an upgrade policy and cannot exchange for another product.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product, we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, RokPak reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee. Please note that RokPak does not permit the return of or offer refunds for product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.
How to Return an Item
To return an item you will need to fill out the following form hereto obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA). RokPak will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. If you have problems or questions, email firstname.lastname@example.org help with the process below:
Steps to Return an Item
- Contact RokPak at email@example.com obtain return merchandise authorization (RMA) or fill out the RMA form here.
- Customer Service team will determine what further action is required. They will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package. Include your proof of purchase date with the productand place the original package into a shipping carton. If faulty, please specify the defect in writing included with the return. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries and are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Please allow 2-3 days from date we received the package for us to process your return.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, documentation, and accessories. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For exchanges, we will exchange only what the customer returns. Faulty items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the equivalent model.
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any RokPak-branded product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product. Retail Partner Purchases
Every genuine RokPak product bought from RokPak.com or a 3rd party retail partner is authorized for replacement due to warranty issues; however, we do not offer returns or refunds on products bought from other 3rd party retailers. Please contact their customer support for more information.
